Healing Waters is offering a series of free seminars every
month. All seminars are from 7:30pm-9:00pm and are taught by
qualified and/or certified health care practitioners (unless
otherwise noted).
Pre-registration is required.
January 19th, 2009 - Depression, Stress and Fatigue
When your body or part of it is unhealthy, you feel bad. When you improve the health of your body and
you feel better your depression lifts. Come to this lecture to find out which organs in your body
commonly cause depression when they need help.
Stress is something we all experience, but when your body is functioning properly you can adapt and
manage stress more easily. Find out if your fatigue and stress-related symptoms could be a sign of
