First time visits are one hour long and include approximately 40 minutes of
actual table time and 20 minutes for verbal consultation, use of toilet and dressing. This
comprehensive colon hydrotherapy session includes a
HEALTH HISTORY INTAKE
and hands on abdominal tension release.

Return visits are one hour long and include approximately 45 minutes of table
time and 15 minutes for use of toilet, dressing and consultation.
Payment is due at time of service. We accept MC/Visa/Cash and Checks with
approved ID. Because of the high occurrence of no show appointments new clients will be asked
to hold their appointment with a credit card. Credit cards will not be charged unless the
appointment is not cancelled according to our Cancellation Policy.
We will not bill you or any third party. Insurance in the State of Michigan does not yet
cover alternative methods of health care. Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts can
sometimes help your health care budget. Please check with your employer.
Unused packages have no cash value and are not refundable. Packages are good for 1 year from date of purchase.
My goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to be respectful of the needs
of this community, please be courteous and call promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment.
This time will be reallocated to someone who is in need of a session. Thank you!
Our hours of operation are: (by appointment only)
Monday: 7am - 7pm
Tuesday: 7am - 8pm
Wednesday: 6am - 10pm
Thursday: 12pm - 9pm
Friday: 6am - 9pm
Saturday: 8am - 6pm
Sunday: Closed
All sessions are by pre-scheduled appointment only! We do
not take "drop-ins". Often times appointments are available at the last minute due to
cancellations or reschedules. Please call to see if we can accommodate you.
Please Note:
Because our sessions are scheduled by appointment only it is imperative that
you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are going to be late,
please give us the courtesy of a phone call. If you are going to be more
than 10 minutes late you must call to reschedule your appointment. (New
clients, it is important that you arrive on time. This will ensure that we
have the proper amount of time to spend with you for consultation prior to
your actual session).

Cancellation Policy:
All appointments not cancelled at least six (6) hours prior
to your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of your
session fee.
Appointments that are "no shows" will be charged 100% of your
session fee.
This includes pre-paid sessions that are not cancelled
according to this policy.
Vivo Wellness Center will provide you with a courtesy reminder call the day prior to your appointment.
If we miss you and must leave a message our policy requires that you call back to confirm your
appointment. If we do not hear back from you, your appointment will be removed from the schedule. |
